Hi Michael,
No KMotionCNC doesn't have such a screen. I've often considered adding such a screen but it hasn't happened.

And a camera is a very inaccurate way of setting up a machine, and VERY fussy to setup. You're far better off just using probing, or even a simple mechanical edge finder.

There are times when I have to locate off the center of large holes, and probing these is very fussy too! Camera was only $60, so I thought I'd give it a try. Michael

A proper probing routine should be able to do that very easily and accurately. I've done it many times. Do a fast probe to find the approximate center, move to that point, then repeat doing both fast, then slow, probes to find the exact center. Using a rigid probe, you should easily be able to get within a few tenths, assuming your machine has no backlash. You'll never get that close doing it with a camera. The best I could ever do was several thou, and even then there's a lot of guesswork involved.
